Arm progress! I actually just caught a glimpse of my little muscle there in the microwave reflection when I was making my post- workout protein shake. I was so happy I stopped to take this picture. I don’t lift a lot, just 5lbs weights with Jillian and 10-20 lbs kettlebell ( I can barely use the 20lbs one without hurting myself :/) Woo-hoo!
